Breakfasts were freshly cooked and perfect.
Staff were competent and the hotel was lovely, it had incredible location near to train station where you can easily travel to Scarborough. Location: the property was just next door to the seafront, the Binton Guest House, and restaurants. Street food restaurant Tommy's was 500 metres away from the place.

Perfect for a solo escape
The hosts here were friendly like you wouldn't believe and set the tone right from the start by helping with my bags, and when I finally sunk into that comfy bed after a long day, I knew I made the right choice. Had a great breakfast with options, the kind you just don't get anywhere else.
It wasn't cheap but still reasonable given the quality.

Cozy spot near the beach!
The hosts were super friendly and remembered my breakfast choices, a nice touch. The location's fab, just a short walk to the beach! My room was comfy, even with those long stairs to climb. Just wish the bed was better, struggled a bit with the pillows. A chill stay!

The hosts were friendly and offered helpful tips for local dining options. The breakfast menu was good, and I liked that it changed daily. My room was clean. I really enjoyed the quiet surroundings and slept well each night.
Parking was not available directly outside, inconvenient at times. I also found the en-suite a bit small.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The superior double room offered a nice ambiance, but the bed left much to be desired. While we spent three nights soaking in the local sights, we missed having breakfast included as advertised. For tea lovers, consider bringing your own as refills weren't offered .

We stayed in the Superior Double Room for three nights. The room was decent, but felt a bit small without a view. The bed wasn't the comfiest, but everything was clean. Loved the breakfast though, especially since they remembered our preferences. Didn't have much interaction with other guests during meals, a bit odd. The house itself was cute and cozy.
